1. The most important thing on this page
Much of what this website describes is planned, not built.
AI GPU Data Center is at development stage. Our infrastructure is being planned, engineered and commercially structured. Where this website refers to capacity, phases, architecture, power, timelines or expansion, it is describing an intended development pathway — not facilities that exist and are available today.
We say this plainly on the site itself, and we mean it. We would rather be clear about where we are than imply otherwise and disappoint a customer who is planning serious workloads around our capacity.
This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Use.
2. Forward-looking statements
Statements on this website about planned capacity, planned architecture, planned deployment phases, expansion pathways, timelines and future locations are forward-looking. They reflect our current intentions and plans as at the date of publication.
Forward-looking statements are not commitments, promises, guarantees or representations of fact. They depend on factors, many of them outside our control, including:
- availability, lead times and pricing of GPU and other hardware
- export control, sanctions, import regulation and customs clearance
- power availability, grid capacity, generation and supply reliability
- data-centre space, cooling capacity and site availability
- network capacity, transit and interconnect availability
- availability and terms of financing
- regulatory approvals, permits and zoning
- the performance of suppliers, contractors and service providers
- contracted client demand and offtake
- prevailing economic and market conditions
Plans change as these factors develop. We may change, delay, reduce, expand or abandon any planned deployment without notice. We do not undertake to update forward-looking statements as circumstances change, except where the law requires it.
Do not make a commercial decision on the basis of a forward-looking statement on this website. If you need certainty about capacity, specification, timing or price, ask us for it in writing, and rely only on what we confirm in a signed agreement.
3. What this website does not do
Nothing on this website constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Financial, accounting or tax advice
- Investment advice, or a recommendation, invitation or inducement to invest in AI GPU Data Center (Pty) Ltd or in any security
- An offer to the public as contemplated by the Companies Act 71 of 2008
- A prospectus or any other offering document
- Engineering advice or certification
- A guarantee of infrastructure availability
- A guarantee of capacity, at any scale or on any date
- A guarantee of pricing
- A guarantee of performance, throughput, latency or utilisation
- A guarantee of power availability, redundancy or uptime
- A guarantee of GPU or hardware availability, or of any particular architecture
- An offer capable of acceptance, or any commitment to contract with anyone
Where this website invites enquiries about partnership or investment, that invitation is an invitation to open a conversation. It is not an offer of any security or financial product, and it is not advice.
4. No professional relationship
Reading this website, submitting an enquiry through it, or corresponding with us does not create any professional, advisory, fiduciary or contractual relationship between you and us. A relationship arises only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Before acting on anything you read here, obtain your own independent professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
5. Accuracy and currency
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate at the time of publication. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current or free from error, and we may change it at any time without notice.
Technical specifications, architectures, capacity figures and product references are indicative and subject to change. Hardware selection in particular remains configurable and may differ from what is described here.
6. Third-party technology references
References on this website to third-party products, technologies or companies — including NVIDIA and NVIDIA product designations — are descriptive. They identify technology we plan to work with. They do not indicate any partnership, supply arrangement, sponsorship, endorsement, certification or affiliation between the owners of those marks and us, and none should be inferred.
We do not display supplier, partner or customer names or logos before written confirmation. Where the website describes indicative categories of organisation that our infrastructure is designed for, those are illustrative categories and not clients.
7. Export control
The hardware described on this website may be subject to export control, sanctions and trade restrictions in one or more jurisdictions. Those regimes change, sometimes at short notice, and can affect what may be supplied, to whom, and where.
Nothing on this website should be read as a representation that any particular hardware can be procured, imported, supplied or deployed to any particular person or destination. Any supply will be subject to the applicable legal requirements in force at the time, and we may decline to proceed where those requirements are not satisfied.
8. External links
This website may link to websites operated by others. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive — arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information published on this website, including any forward-looking statement.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Contact
If anything on this website is unclear, or if you need a written confirmation of any technical or commercial position, please ask. We would rather answer a question than have you rely on something you have misread.
