AI GPU Data Center develops and operates dedicated, high-density GPU compute infrastructure for organisations requiring bare-metal performance, reserved capacity and direct control over critical compute.

Our planned services are:

• Dedicated bare-metal GPU compute for AI training, inference, scientific computing and other high-performance workloads
• Client-specified architecture — GPU, networking, storage and operational configurations designed around a client's workload, scale, security and deployment requirements
• Managed GPU infrastructure — dedicated capacity supported by monitoring, infrastructure operations and lifecycle planning under an agreed service framework
• Capacity reservation and offtake — structured reservations and offtake agreements aligning infrastructure expansion with contracted demand

The company is at development stage. Infrastructure is being planned, engineered and commercially structured. Please read our Disclaimer before relying on any description of capacity, timing, architecture or availability on this website.

Self-regulatory bodies and codes of conduct. We are not currently a member of any self-regulatory or accreditation body, and we do not currently subscribe to any external code of conduct in respect of our website or services. We hold no third-party security certification, and we make no claim to any.

7. Terms on which we do business

This website is not a shop, and nothing on it can be purchased online. There is no online ordering, no payment facility and no automated contracting. Every engagement begins with a conversation.

The terms governing your use of this website are set out in our Terms of Use.

The terms on which we may supply services are not on this website. Any supply of compute capacity, infrastructure or managed services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will set out scope, specification, service levels, pricing, term and liability. Draft terms are provided during commercial discussions and before any commitment is asked of you.

No content on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no order or commitment arises from submitting an enquiry.

8. Security and privacy

Website security. This website is served over an encrypted connection. Information submitted through the enquiry form is transmitted securely and access to submissions is restricted.

Personal information. How we collect, use, share, secure and retain personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice. What runs on the site technically is set out in our Cookie Policy. Our records and the procedure for requesting access to them are set out in our PAIA and POPIA Manual.

Payment. We do not accept payment through this website and we do not collect payment card details on it. Payment arrangements form part of a signed agreement.

Hosting. This website and our business email are hosted in South Africa by Domains.co.za. Our domain is registered through Absolute Hosting (Pty) Ltd (zadomains.net). We do not use a content delivery network, analytics provider or marketing platform.

9. Complaints and disputes

We would rather resolve a problem than have it escalate.

Step 1 — Tell us. Email general@aigpudatacenter.co.za with what happened and what you would like done about it. For privacy matters, email privacy@aigpudatacenter.co.za. We will acknowledge your complaint and give you a substantive response as soon as we reasonably can.

Step 2 — Escalate internally. If you are not satisfied, ask for the matter to be escalated to the director. Complaints are escalated in writing so that there is a record.

Step 3 — External options. Depending on the nature of the dispute, you may:

• refer a privacy or access-to-information matter to the Information Regulator (South Africa) — https://inforegulator.org.za
• refer a consumer matter to the National Consumer Commission, where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies to you — https://www.thencc.gov.za
• refer a dispute arising under a signed agreement in accordance with the dispute-resolution clause of that agreement
• institute proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction

We do not currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution scheme in respect of website transactions.

Governing law. Our dealings are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and we consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
