AI GPU Data Center

Investors

Invest in African AI infrastructure.

AI GPU Data Center develops African AI compute infrastructure one modular deployment at a time. Each module is a discrete, financeable asset: a data centre unit, its power and cooling plant, and the accelerated compute inside it — deployed against contracted demand rather than speculative build-out.

The deployment thesis

One module at a time, each one financeable.

01

Fund a deployment, not a promise

Investment is structured around an individual modular deployment with a defined asset list, a defined site and a defined commercial position, rather than an open-ended platform build.

02

Contract first, build second

Capacity is progressed against client reservations and offtake, so the revenue position of a module is understood before capital is committed to it.

03

Repeatable by design

The module is a standard unit. Each subsequent deployment reuses the same engineering, procurement and operating pattern, which shortens the path from capital to operating capacity.

What a deployment includes

A defined asset, not a line item.

  • Modular data centre unit, engineered for high-density racks
  • Racks, chillers and rear-door cooling
  • Supermicro NVIDIA HGX B300 servers and GPUs
  • Power distribution and redundancy equipment
  • Network fabric, storage and monitoring

Why Africa

Capacity placed where the demand and the data sit.

Sites are selected for sovereign-data requirements, wind and solar availability, and access to at least 1MW of green energy. African deployment places capacity close to the organisations and datasets that need it, in jurisdictions where data residency matters commercially and legally.

Deployment timeline

A funded module is targeted to reach deployment in approximately three months from commitment, subject to procurement, shipping, site readiness and regulatory conditions.
